Our "Bloom or Bust" Promise

Lily Flowering Mixed, often admired for its green colouring, is a bulb variety especially well suited to beds & borders.

Tulipa (Lily-flowered Group) ‘Lily Flowering Mixed’ is a beautifully curated blend of lily-flowered tulips, selected for their poised, tapered blooms and naturally elegant silhouette. Expect a refined, colour-rich display in late spring—particularly striking when planted in generous drifts through borders, or staged in pots by the front door.

With an upright habit and graceful presence, this mix brings a lightly architectural note to planting schemes and cuts impeccably for indoor arrangements.

  • Elegant form: slender, tapered blooms with a refined finish
  • Versatile planting: superb in pots, and equally at home in beds and borders
  • Excellent for cutting: long-stemmed spring colour for the vase

Where to Plant:

Tulipa 'Lily Flowering Mixed' (Tulip) needs full-sun, partial sun and a warm, sheltered position for the best flowering. Plant into fertile, humus-rich soil that drains well, and choose a spot protected from strong winds, especially for taller varieties.

How to Plant:

Plant bulb from September to December once conditions are suitable. Set them at the correct depth for the variety, spacing 10–12cm apart where relevant, then firm in gently and water well after planting.

Aftercare:

Water regularly in dry weather and feed every two to three weeks once buds appear. Stake taller stems early and deadhead to keep plants flowering. After flowering, allow foliage to die back naturally before lifting or protecting bulb according to local conditions.
