Our 'Bloom or Bust' Guarantee

 

At Harding & Bloom, we don't just sell bulbs and plants; we promise you a garden you'll love. We are so confident in the quality of our products that we stand behind every single one with our comprehensive 'Bloom or Bust' Guarantee. Your success is our success, and we want you to be absolutely delighted with your gardening results.

Our guarantee is simple: if you are not happy with the quality of your bulbs or plants upon arrival, or if they fail to perform in their first growing season after the care instructions have been followed, please get in touch and we will work with you to make it right.

Our Promise to You:

Under our Bloom or Bust Promise, if a bulb or plant fails to perform in its first growing season after the care instructions have been followed, we will normally offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item to use against a future Harding & Bloom order.

  • For issues upon arrival: If your bulbs or live plants arrive in a condition that does not meet your expectations, contact us within 60 days of receipt.

  • For issues during the growing season: If your bulbs fail to sprout or your plants do not thrive after following the provided planting and care instructions, please get in touch.

This goodwill promise is in addition to your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, your legal rights still apply.

This Guarantee Applies to All Live Plants and Bulbs

That's right—our 'Bloom or Bust' Guarantee covers everything we sell, including our entire range of live plants. We understand that gardening can be unpredictable, and we are committed to ensuring you have a successful and beautiful display.

Returns, return postage and perishable items

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing, or the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. If we agree to provide a return label for a non-faulty item, the return postage cost may be deducted from any refund or store credit where allowed by law.

Original shipping or postage charges are not refundable for change-of-mind or goodwill returns, except where a refund of standard delivery is required by UK consumer law. Any upgraded, express or premium delivery charges above our standard delivery option are non-refundable.

Because many of our products are living or perishable, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or offer change-of-mind refunds for perishable live products once they have been dispatched. This includes live plants, bare-root plants, bare-root perennials and similar items that may deteriorate once out of chilled or controlled storage and cannot be returned to saleable condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with photographs so we can put this right under our Bloom or Bust Guarantee. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Make a Claim

We've made the process straightforward. To request a replacement or store credit under our Bloom or Bust Promise, or to raise a refund request where your legal rights apply, please contact our friendly customer service team with the following information:

  • The name of the product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting photographs (this helps us resolve your claim quickly and improve our processes)
