At Harding & Bloom, we aim to get your beautiful flower bulbs to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand our dispatch and delivery processes.

Dispatch Times

We understand you're eager to receive your order!

  • Standard Dispatch: For orders placed for in-stock items, we strive for same-day dispatch if your order is placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (midday) GMT/BST on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.

Express Delivery

For those who need their bulbs sooner, we offer an Express Delivery service. This service aims to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Some of our popular bulbs are available for pre-order, allowing you to secure your favourites before they are widely available.

  • Pre-order Dispatch Window: Bulbs purchased for pre-order will be dispatched between 15th September and 15th August of the following year, depending on the specific bulb type and optimal planting season. The estimated dispatch period for your pre-order will be clearly stated on the product page. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your pre-ordered items are on their way.

  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframes, please understand that occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
