Elegance Milka, often admired for its green colouring, is a corm variety especially well suited to pots & containers.

Ranunculus ‘Elegance Milka’ is a particularly refined choice for spring—bearing richly coloured, double purple blooms held above neat, mid-green foliage. It’s a beautiful option for pots and sheltered borders, and a dependable performer for cutting when you’d like something elegant and saturated in tone.

Plant in autumn and you can look forward to flowering from April through June, with tidy, clump-forming growth that sits comfortably in mixed containers or a well-drained bed.

Where to Plant:

Ranunculus 'Elegance Milka' needs full-sun, partial sun and a warm, sheltered position for the best flowering. Plant into fertile, humus-rich soil that drains well, and choose a spot protected from strong winds, especially for taller varieties.

How to Plant:

Plant corm from September to December once conditions are suitable. Set them at the correct depth for the variety, spacing 15–20cm apart where relevant, then firm in gently and water well after planting.

Aftercare:

Water regularly in dry weather and feed every two to three weeks once buds appear. Stake taller stems early and deadhead to keep plants flowering. After flowering, allow foliage to die back naturally before lifting or protecting corm according to local conditions.
